The Organizational License includes organizational rights to use Goal Go-Getters frameworks and products for: 

✔ Multi-team organizational usage

✔ Internal implementation and usage rights

✔ Cross-department usage

✔ Multi-location organizational usage

✔ Internal digital sharing rights

✔ LMS, intranet, and shared drive usage

✔ Manager onboarding and leadership development usage

✔ Scalable internal leadership development support

✔ Organizational usage rights during the active license period

The Organizational License does not include:

✘ Physical product units or printed materials

✘ Resale or redistribution rights

✘ External training or public workshop rights

✘ Consultant certification or third-party usage rights

✘ One-on-one consulting services

✘ White-label or rebranded usage rights

✘ Public-facing distribution rights

✘ Rights to reproduce or resell Goal Go-Getters products outside of the licensed organization

Yes. The Organizational License allows organizations to begin utilizing Goal Go-Getters leadership frameworks, including the IDEAL Leadership Framework™, internally across teams, departments, managers, and business locations during the active license period. However, the Organizational License does not include physical product units or printed materials. Applicable Goal Go-Getters leadership products must still be purchased separately based on organizational needs. 

After purchasing the IDEAL Leadership Organizational License, organizations receive immediate activation of their organizational usage rights during the active license period. Organizations may then purchase applicable Goal Go-Getters leadership products separately based on their leadership development and organizational needs.

The Organizational License is designed to support self-led internal implementation, allowing organizations to utilize Goal Go-Getters leadership frameworks, including the IDEAL Leadership Framework™, and products across teams, departments, managers, and business locations without requiring ongoing consulting services. Customers may also manage billing, invoices, payment methods, and subscription renewals through the secure customer portal.

The standard Organizational License is designed for internal organizational usage only and does not include external consulting, public workshop, third-party facilitation, or client-facing usage rights.

Many leadership programs focus heavily on theory, one-time workshops, or motivational concepts without providing practical tools that support consistent daily leadership behaviors.

Yes. Goal Go-Getters products are intentionally designed to support self-led internal implementation. The frameworks and products are structured to help organizations strengthen leadership development and organizational consistency internally without requiring ongoing consulting services. 

Yes. The IDEAL Leadership Organizational License is billed every 6 months and automatically renews unless canceled prior to the next renewal billing date. 

Yes. Organizations may cancel their Organizational License at any time to prevent future renewal charges. Organizational implementation and usage rights remain active through the end of the current paid license term.  You can manually cancel and view invoices by selecting the "IDEAL Leadership Organizational License Customer Portal" button at the top of this page or by simply emailing your request to info@goalgogetters.com 

Refunds are not provided for partial license periods after renewal. 

Yes. Organizations with an active Organizational License may internally share applicable licensed frameworks and products across teams, departments, managers, and business locations in accordance with the Organizational License Agreement. 

Yes. Active Organizational License holders may use applicable licensed products within internal LMS platforms, intranets, and shared organizational systems during the active license period.
