This Refund, Returns & Fulfillment Policy outlines the policies and procedures related to product fulfillment, digital delivery, organizational licensing, returns, replacements, cancellations, and related customer support matters for Goal Go-Getters LLC (“Goal Go-Getters,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By purchasing products, services, or organizational licenses from Goal Go-Getters LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.
1. Physical Products
Goal Go-Getters LLC offers physical products that may include leadership guides, planners, team-building materials, printed resources, branded products, and related items.
Production, fulfillment, and shipping timelines may vary depending on:
• Product type
• Inventory availability
• Print-on-demand production timelines
• Manufacturing schedules
• Customization requirements
• Shipping carriers
• Destination and shipping method
Certain products may require additional processing and fulfillment time.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided for general informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.
Out-of-stock, backordered, customized, specialty, or print-on-demand items may require extended fulfillment timelines, including estimated 6–8 week lead times depending on the product, supplier availability, and production schedules.
2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products
If a product arrives damaged, incorrect, or contains a printing defect, customers must contact Goal Go-Getters LLC within 7 days of receiving the order.
Replacement requests may require:
• Order information
• Photos of the issue or damage
• Additional verification information if reasonably requested
Approved claims are generally eligible for replacement only unless otherwise agreed upon by Goal Go-Getters LLC at its sole discretion.
3. Digital Products & Downloadable Materials
Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable materials, educational content, organizational resources, and intellectual property, digital purchases are non-refundable once delivered, accessed, or downloaded.
Customers experiencing technical access issues should contact Goal Go-Getters LLC for support.
4. IDEAL Leadership Organizational License
Organizational licensing fees are subject to the billing, renewal, cancellation, and usage terms outlined in the IDEAL Leadership Organizational License Agreement.
The IDEAL Leadership Organizational License:
• Is billed every 6 months
• Automatically renews unless canceled prior to the next renewal billing date
• May be canceled at any time to prevent future renewal charges
• Remains active through the end of the current paid license term after cancellation
Refunds are not provided for partial license periods after renewal.
5. Custom Projects, Presentations & Services
Custom presentations, branded materials, consulting-related projects, design work, sales assets, and other custom services may involve individualized scope, revisions, labor, production, or customization requirements.
Refunds, revisions, cancellations, deposits, and project adjustments for custom work may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on:
• Project status
• Work completed
• Customization level
• Production progress
• Approved deliverables
Certain deposits, customization fees, completed work, or partially completed project work may be non-refundable.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be eligible for cancellation prior to shipment, fulfillment, production, download delivery, organizational license activation, or project commencement.
Once production, fulfillment, customization, shipment, download delivery, organizational license activation, or project work has begun, certain orders may no longer be eligible for cancellation, refund, or modification.
Custom, branded, personalized, print-on-demand, downloadable, or organizational licensing purchases may be non-cancelable once processing or fulfillment has started.
7. Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues
Goal Go-Getters LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, carrier disruptions, customs delays, weather events, manufacturer delays, supply chain interruptions, or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase.
Lost package concerns, carrier delivery disputes, or related shipping issues may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Goal Go-Getters LLC may provide reasonable assistance where appropriate but does not guarantee replacement, reimbursement, or carrier liability coverage for all shipping-related issues.
8. Policy Modifications
Goal Go-Getters LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Refund, Returns & Fulfillment Policy at any time without prior notice.
Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued purchases or use of products, services, or organizational licenses after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
