IDEAL Leadership Organizational License Agreement

This Licensing Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of products, content, materials, frameworks, and licenses provided by Goal Go-Getters LLC (“Goal Go-Getters,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing, accessing, downloading, using, or renewing any Goal Go-Getters product or license, you (“You,” “Your,” or “User”) agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree to this Agreement, you may not purchase, access, or use the products or licenses.
1. Products & Materials Covered by This Agreement
This Agreement applies to all products, frameworks, content, and materials offered by Goal Go-Getters LLC, including but not limited to:
• Proprietary leadership frameworks and methodologies, including the IDEAL Leadership Framework™
• Leadership guides, catalogs, training materials, and discussion resources
• Team-building activities, facilitation tools, and supporting materials
• Custom presentations, sales enablement assets, and marketing materials
• Digital planners, printable tools, and physical planners
• Videos, documentation, educational materials, and related content
• Organizational licenses and implementation rights
All products and materials are licensed, not sold, except for physical goods where ownership of the physical item transfers upon purchase. All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Goal Go-Getters LLC.
2. Product Purchase vs. Organizational Licensing
Goal Go-Getters operates under a product-first organizational licensing model.
A. Individual or Single-Team Use (No Separate Organizational License Required)
If you are an individual purchaser or a single internal team within an organization, no separate Organizational License is required beyond purchasing the applicable product(s).
Standard product purchase permits:
• Use by one individual or one internal team
• Internal use only
• No sharing across multiple teams, departments, managers, or business locations
This applies unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
B. IDEAL Leadership Organizational License (Required for Multi-Team Use)
Organizations implementing Goal Go-Getters leadership frameworks, materials, or products across multiple teams, departments, managers, or business locations require both an active IDEAL Leadership Organizational License and the purchase of applicable products.
The Organizational License includes:
• Multi-team organizational usage
• Internal implementation rights
• Cross-department usage
• Multi-location usage
• Internal digital sharing rights
• LMS, intranet, and shared drive usage
• Manager onboarding and leadership development usage
The Organizational License does not include:
• Physical product units or printed materials
• Resale or redistribution rights
• External training or public workshop rights
• Consultant certification or third-party usage rights
• One-on-one consulting services
• White-label or rebranded usage rights
Applicable products must still be purchased separately. The Organizational License grants permission for internal organizational implementation and usage only during the active license period.
3. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Goal Go-Getters LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use purchased products and materials in accordance with the applicable purchase scope and license type.
No rights are granted except as expressly stated in this Agreement.
4. Permitted Use
You may:
• Use products internally for leadership development, training, meetings, planning, onboarding, and organizational alignment
• Customize editable fields for internal use where customization is provided
• Share products internally only within the scope of your purchased license rights
5. Restrictions
You may not, without prior written permission from Goal Go-Getters LLC:
• Resell, sublicense, distribute, or transfer products or materials to any third party
• Share, transfer, assign, or allow unauthorized third parties to use purchased products or organizational license rights
• Offer products or frameworks as standalone deliverables to clients or customers
• Remove, obscure, or alter Goal Go-Getters branding, copyright notices, or attribution
• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reproduce, or create derivative works of proprietary frameworks or methodologies
• Upload products or materials to public websites, marketplaces, or external platforms
• Use Goal Go-Getters materials beyond the scope of the purchased license rights
All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Goal Go-Getters LLC.
6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All products, frameworks, content, trademarks, designs, methodologies, and materials are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Goal Go-Getters LLC.
This Agreement grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
7. Billing, Renewal & Cancellation
The IDEAL Leadership Organizational License is billed every 6 months and automatically renews unless canceled prior to the next renewal billing date.
Organizations may cancel their Organizational License prior to the next renewal period. Organizational implementation and usage rights remain active through the end of the current paid license term.
Refunds are not provided for partial license periods after renewal.

8. Term & Termination
Licenses are granted for the term specified at the time of purchase.
This Agreement may terminate automatically if:
• You breach any provision of this Agreement
• Your license term expires without renewal
• Payment obligations are not fulfilled
Upon termination or expiration, you must immediately cease use of all licensed materials and destroy or delete all copies in your possession or control.
9. Third-Party Tools & Platforms
Certain products or materials may reference or integrate with third-party tools, software, or platforms. Use of third-party tools is governed by their respective terms and policies. Goal Go-Getters LLC is not responsible for third-party services or materials.
10. No Professional Advice
Products and materials are provided for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, HR, business, or professional advice.
Goal Go-Getters LLC does not guarantee specific business, financial, leadership, employee, or organizational outcomes resulting from use of the products or materials.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, all products, licenses, materials, and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goal Go-Getters LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of products, licenses, or materials.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable product(s) or license.
13. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Changes to This Agreement
Goal Go-Getters LLC reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. Continued use of products, materials, or licenses after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
